Financial Policies

At the Brazilian Soccer Academy (BSA), we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our community. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following financial policies regarding payments and registrations.

1. Registration and Payment Requirements

To secure a spot in any BSA program—be it regular seasons, camps, PA days, or special events—full payment must be completed at the time of registration. This policy ensures that all participants are committed and allows us to maintain the quality and organization of our programs. Registrations without accompanying payment will no longer be accepted.

2. Payment Methods

We offer 2 (two) payment options to accommodate our members:

  • Online Payment: During the registration process on our website, you can choose to pay via debit/credit card.
  • Cash Payments: If you prefer to pay in cash, reach out to Stefanie, our Relationship Manager, to arrange your cash payment. After that you have to Complete your Online Registration.


Note: This procedure applies to all BSA offerings, including regular programs, camps, PA days, and special events.

3. Addressing Outstanding Balances

Timely payments are crucial for the smooth operation of our programs. Effective from 2025 Summer Season, we will implement stricter measures to manage outstanding balances: 

  • Active Participants: Parents with overdue payments will be contacted promptly. If the balance remains unpaid, it may result in the suspension of the players’s participation until the account is settled.
  • Future Registrations: Individuals with outstanding balances from previous programs will be ineligible to register for new programs until all dues are cleared.


We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can affect timely payments. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we encourage you to communicate with us proactively. Our team is committed to working collaboratively to find feasible solutions, including potential payment plans or other arrangements.

4. Options for Settling Outstanding Debts

To assist families in resolving any existing debts, we offer the following options:

  • Option A: Lump-Sum Payment with Discount: Settle your outstanding balance in full and receive a discount on the total amount due.
  • Option B: Structured Payment Plan: Divide your total outstanding balance into manageable instalments. Please note that this option may include an additional fee, which will be detailed in your personalized payment plan.
